"I initially gave them 5 stars but after yesterday I have to change that. One of my cars on my policy had been totaled out by the company and they were still charging me for the totaled car 2 months later. The guy clarified with me which vehicle I was talking about and explained that he would make a note. Next thing I know my whole policy is cancelled. I was just told sorry for the confusion after I had to call someone else because they were closed by 4. Finding a new insurance company."
"Hi there—thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the mix-up. Initially, you spoke with our office, but later in the evening you connected with our corporate team, and unfortunately they caused the issue. Our office staff then corrected it, but we understand it’s still upsetting.
We did get everything resolved on our side, but we’re sorry for the timing and communication that left you feeling unsupported. If you ever decide to come back, we’d be glad to help and make sure everything is handled correctly."

"I just had to share my experience with State Farm as a returning customer. Incidentally my representative is Ryan, and he's amazing!! I had renters insurance with State Farm for years at my previous residence. Upon moving we utilized insurance under our new complex which really covered nothing. After an unhappy experience with my auto insurance company... I reached back out to State Farm, who easily bundled my auto and renters insurance. We are saving money and they even have the Beacon discount! This office is top tier in expertise, efficiency, and Welcoming! Those are amazing attributes in these trying times. Thanks again Ryan! Your personality alone deserves a raise!!

"This is the ONLY Insurance I have EVER HAD! I’ve had this insurance since I had a car at 22yrs. old, I’m 67yrs old now. They have been very good to me. Never had a problem. Replace your car with a loaner while they repair yours, no problem. Very kind & understanding when you’re afraid or scared. Calmed me down more than once. A very good friend to have in a time of need. I would choose them again. I also have rental insurance too."
