"Today I talked to Ryan and Cole about some changes and additions I plan to make with my policy. One thing I intended to do was add a teen driver very soon. Before we spoke I anticipated bad news and probably more stress. But after hanging up, the conversation left me feeling really happy with how knowledgeable and flexible they were with my questions and how to resolve other future policy changes. They took what I thought would be a hard conversation and made it very pleasant and actually enjoyable. What was cool is that they even walked me through how to navigate the future changes I'll be making. Today, customer service is an added bonus with businesses and no longer an expectation. To me that's sad and I hate giving my money to companies and people that don't care. But Ryan and Cole's customer service today was awesome, 11/10. It's always great with Kyle's office. The 2 guys I spoke with really were the experts in the room and confirmed I'm with a company that is really easy to work with and actually care if I'm happy with their services. I feel really blessed to have found Kyle's office with State Farm and work with the guys I worked with today. State Farm has been wonderful over the last 2 years.
